Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for purchasing Short Dog Jewelry. Should you choose to return your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of items in original condition. All returns must be postmarked within 10 business days of the original delivery date. Please contact us via phone: 904-466-3990 or email: to advise us of return and information on where to ship return. Returned jewelry will be credited to the credit card used to make purchase. We cannot refund or reimburse any shipping and handling charges. Please insure and package carefully, we can accept only if the jewelry is received in original condition.

Love a good sale? So do we! In order to offer you the highest discount possible, all sale items must be final (sorry, it’s a finance thing). Please make your selections with care and review all product information before making your purchase. Earrings, sale items, and custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We stand by the quality of our designs. Short Dog Jewelry will at their discretion offer free repair for damaged items due to regular wear and tear within three months from the purchase date.
Before requesting a repair, please provide a detailed description of the broken jewelry and photograph if possible.
If your jewelry needs repairs after three months, you will be charged for materials and labor. The same applies to jewelry broken under extreme conditions. Short Dog Jewelry reserves the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.
Please pack jewelry in a well-padded container when shipping. All return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and cannot be refunded.
Short Dog Jewelry is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping.
Florida sales tax varies from 6.5% to 8.5% depending on which city you live it. The appropriate tax rate will be added to all Florida orders.
We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase online, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. This information is only used to process and ship your order.

Shipping to U.S. Locations with be with USPS Priority Mail.....cost for this will show when you place your ZIP Code in the pull-down box...
Your "baubles" will arrive in a Muslin Drawstring Stamped Bag - Gift wrapped and Perfect for gift-giving. Or keeping. ;) Sometimes I'll place more than one item inside a single bag. If you specifically need individual bags for gift wrapping, message me. No worries.
The order is shipped in a USPS Priority Mail Box, with additional bubble wrap for protection. Allow 2-3 business days or longer during COVID19.
Shipping and Handling: International Customers
Familiarize yourselves with your country's regulations on imports and duty fees. (It's virtually impossible for me to be knowledgable of so many different countries and their individual policies... your purchase could be subject to further duty fees and taxes.) :)P

It will ship USPS First Class Mail International Package Service. You will be given the opportunity to upgrade to a Priority shipping level at checkout. (HOWEVER, I cannot GUARANTEE that USPS will meet specific shipping Priority time frames. Sorry, but USPS provides me no guarantees. I'm at their mercy. Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We ship domestic packages via United Stated Postal Service Priority mail.
We ship to the US and Canada . Our Canadian orders ship through the United States Postal Service via First Class International Service. All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Short Dog Jewelry is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
